WE ARE EXHIBITING AT JASTRO 2024

We are thrilled to be exhibiting again at JASTRO in Yokohama. Over the past year, we’ve collaborated with some renowned hospitals in Japan to advance our research and, with our new partnership with Anzai Medical, we’ll be bringing our innovative upright radiotherapy solutions to the forefront.

Research Partnership

QST Hospital

Leo Cancer Care has secured an agreement with QST Hospital, a leading Japanese research hospital, to test the reproducibility and comfort of its upright positioning system for treating cancer patients.

Dr. Hitoshi Ishikawa, General Director of QST Hospital, quoted “The upright positioning system has great potential to solve several technical issues of charged particle therapy and especially to develop carbon ion radiotherapy in the world. This innovative technology is expected to play a pivotal role in the next-generation radiotherapy which will be globally applied for cancer treatment.”

Gunma University Heavy Ion Medical Center

The research at Gunma University Heavy Ion Medical Center represents an exciting development in carbon ion therapy. They are actively exploring the reproducibility and testing new immobilization techniques with our upright patient positioning system.
